Delivery and shipping

At Flavourez we understand how important it is that your order arrives to you quickly and safely. We strive to provide a seamless delivery experience so you can focus on rocking your new Flavorez items.

Here's what you can expect:

                

 Fast Processing:

We ensure that your order is processed as quickly as possible. Orders are usually shipped via PostNL within 1 working day after receipt of payment. When shipping with DHL this may take 1-2 working days. Packages ordered on Friday after 4:00 PM will be processed on Monday.

As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email so that you know exactly when your new purchase(s) are on their way to you! 

Uitzonderingen:
Sometimes, due to busy times, orders may be shipped a little later, for example during sales and other promotions. We communicate this via the website.

Home delivery with DHL: 

FREE (orders above €25 EUR)


Home delivery with PostNL:

We aim to deliver your order to your home within 1 to 2 working days, depending on the delivery address.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands:

  • Letterbox package: €4.35 / FREE (orders over €90 EUR)
  • Packages: From €6.64 / FREE (orders over €90 EUR)
  • Delivery point: From €6.64 EUR / FREE (orders over €90 EUR)

Shipping costs to Belgium:

  • Packages: From € 9.72 / FREE (orders above € 90 EUR)
  • Delivery point: From €9.22EUR / FREE (orders over €90.00)

Shipping costs to Germany:

  • Packages: From € 8.79 / FREE (orders over €90.00)
  • Delivery point: From €10.74EUR / FREE (orders over €90.00)

    We will show available collection points at checkout. Please note that you must show your ID when collecting your order. If the order is collected on behalf of the buyer, written authorization and a photocopy of the buyer's ID are required. Please note that deliveries only take place on working days.

    Safe Shipping via PostNL and DHL:

    At Flavourez we attach great importance to the safe shipping of your order. We work with reliable shipping partners PostNL and DHL to ensure that your package is delivered to you quickly and in perfect condition. Your items are packed with the utmost care, so that they are well protected during transport.

     

    Track & Trace via PostNL and DHL:

    To keep you informed of the progress of your order, we offer a Track & Trace service via PostNL and DHL. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number with which you can track the status of your shipment. This way you can easily see where your Flavorez items are and when they will arrive to you.

    Postage costs:

    Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can view the shipping costs during checkout before you finally place your order.

    Safe Delivery and Helpful Tips for Your Order:

    If your order does not fit through the letterbox, the delivery person will ring the doorbell to hand the package to you personally.

    Questions about delivery? Contact PostNL via postnl.nl/ customer service or DHL via dhlecommerce.nl/nl/support/ customer service . They are ready to help you!

    What if you are not at home at the time of delivery? No problem! The delivery person will try to deliver your package to the neighbors. If that is not possible, your package will be taken to the nearest PostNL collection point. You will receive proof of this in your letterbox. With this proof and your ID, you can collect the order within seven days at the indicated post office.

    Please note that PostNL and DHL do not deliver on public holidays. In most cases, the products arrive within the estimated delivery time. If you have not received your order within this time, please do not worry as delays may occasionally occur. We would like to ask you to wait three days before contacting us. The package is often delivered during that time.

     

    Delivery to a PO Box address:

    Good news! You can have most items delivered to a PO Box address if you choose shipping via PostNL. However, we would like to point out that there is an exception for items heavier than 12 kilos. For these heavier items, we recommend providing a physical address for delivery. If you have any questions about delivery to a PO Box address, please feel free to contact us.
