Delivery and shipping
At Flavourez we understand how important it is that your order arrives quickly and safely. We strive to provide a seamless delivery experience so that you can fully focus on rocking your new Flavourez items.
Here's what to expect:
Fast Processing:
We ensure that your order is processed as quickly as possible. Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day of receipt of payment. Packages ordered on Friday after 4:00 PM will be processed on Monday.
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email so that you know exactly when your new acquisition(s) are on their way to you!
Exceptions:
Sometimes it can happen that orders are shipped a little later due to the crowds, for example during sales and other promotions. We communicate this via the website.
Safe Shipping via PostNL:
At Flavourez we attach great importance to the safe shipment of your order. We work together with the reliable shipping partner PostNL to ensure that your package is delivered to you quickly and in perfect condition. Your items are packed with the utmost care, so that they are well protected during transport.
Track & Trace via PostNL:
To keep you informed of the progress of your order, we offer a Track & Trace service via PostNL. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number with which you can track the status of your shipment. That way you can easily see where your Flavourez items are and when they will arrive with you.

Postage costs:
The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can view the shipping costs during checkout before you finalize your order.

Home delivery:
We aim to deliver your order to your home within 1 to 2 working days, depending on the delivery address.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands:
- Letter box package: €4.20
- Packages: €6.10
- PostNL delivery point (NL ONLY): €6.00 EUR / FREE (orders over €90.00 EUR)
Standard shipping within Europe (3-7 days):
- Based on PostNL EUR zones (EUR1 and EUR2)
Standard International Shipping (4-12 days):
- Based on PostNL EUR zones (EUR1 and EUR2)
At checkout we will show the available collection points. Please note that you must show your ID when picking up your order. If the order is collected on behalf of the buyer, written authorization and a photocopy of the buyer's ID is required. Please note that deliveries only take place on working days.

Safe Delivery and Helpful Tips for Your Order:
If your order does not fit through the letterbox, the delivery person will ring the bell to personally hand over the package to you.
Questions about delivery? Please contact PostNL via postnl.nl/klantenservice. They are ready to help you!
What if you are not at home at the time of delivery? No problem! The delivery person will try to deliver your package to the neighbours. If that is not possible, your package will be taken to the nearest PostNL collection point. You will receive proof of this in the mailbox. With that proof and your proof of identity you can pick up the order within seven days at the indicated post office.
Please note that PostNL does not deliver on public holidays. In most cases, the products will arrive within the estimated delivery time. If you have not received your order within this time, please do not worry as delays can occasionally occur. We would like to ask you to wait three days before contacting us. The package is often delivered in that time.
Delivery to a PO Box address:
Good news! You can have most items delivered to a PO Box address. However, we would like to point out that there is an exception for items heavier than 12 kilos. For these heavier items, we recommend providing a physical address for delivery. If you have any questions about delivery to a PO Box address, please do not hesitate to contact us.
