Returns & Exchanges

At Flavourez we strive for your complete satisfaction with our products. However, we understand that there may sometimes be a reason why you want to return a product. Below you will find important information about our returns policy, so you know exactly what to expect.


  • You can return the product within 14 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
  • After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product.

  • Ounderwear, lingerie and similar items usually fall under hygiene products. If the hygiene strip has been removed from an item, it can no longer be returned.

  • If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in the value of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.


Return procedure:

  • To register a return, please contact us at and state the following information: purchase date, invoice number, name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and item description.
  • After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product.

  • The order amount due will be refunded within 14 days after we have received the return shipment in good order.

  • We may charge you a depreciation in the following cases:

    1. If the return does not include promotional items that were received with the original order, we reserve the right to charge a depreciation.
    2. The Flavorez gift packaging is not returnable and the costs for this will not be reimbursed for returns.
    3. Gift Cards are automatically redeemed upon shipment. It is therefore not possible to return a Flavorez Gift Card. Gift Cards that are returned will be converted to store credit for the original orderer.
    4. If a returned product is damaged but repairable, we will contact you about processing. In this case, costs may be charged.
    5. If you return a product that is damaged and/or shows signs of wear and tear and repair is not possible, we will contact you. In this case, a depreciation of up to 100% of the purchase amount can be applied.


  • If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs, back within 14 days.
  • If you only return part of your order, the outbound delivery costs will not be reimbursed.
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
  • Please note that return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
