Returns & Exchanges

At Flavourez we strive for your complete satisfaction with our products. However, we understand that there may sometimes be a reason why you want to return a product. Below you will find important information about our returns policy, so you know exactly what to expect.

 

Returns:

  • You can return the product within 14 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
  • After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product.
  • For hygiene and health reasons, it is not possible to return sealed products, such as underwear, lingerie, and similar items, once the seal (such as a hygiene strip) has been broken or removed. Only unopened and unused products with an intact seal are eligible for return.
  • If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

 

Return procedure:

  • To register a return, please contact us at welkom@flavourez.nl and state the following information: purchase date, invoice number, name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and item description.
  • After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product.
  • We will refund the due order amount within 14 days after you notify us of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good condition.

Depreciation:

  1. We may charge you a depreciation in the following cases:
  2. If the return does not include promotional items that were received with the original order, we reserve the right to charge a depreciation.
  3. If a returned product is damaged but repairable, we will contact you about processing. In this case, costs may be charged.
  4. If you return a product that is damaged and/or has signs of wear and tear, for which repair is not possible, we will contact you. In this case, a depreciation of up to 100% of the purchase amount can be applied.

 

Refund:

  • If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs, back within 14 days.
  • If you only return part of your order, the outward delivery costs will not be reimbursed.
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
  • Please note that return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
